International Western Petroleum, Inc. (OTCPK:INWP) signed an agreement to acquire 11 oil and gas leases in Jack County and Palo Pinto County from Amen Oil Company for $1.6 million on December 22, 2017. The consideration will be paid in cash. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
