The Company mainly operates its businesses through marine system integration engineering, shipbuilding, glass fiber duct system services and others. Its marine system integration engineering business consists of design, manufacture, installation and other services for dynamic ship positioning systems, hydraulic systems, valve systems and other controlling systems, as well as relevant repair and maintenance services. Its shipbuilding business consists of construction, repair, alternation, salvage repair and others for oil tankers, cargo ships, tugboats and others. Its glass fiber duct system business consists of design, installation, engineering, testing and sale of glass fiber duct systems. On September 30, 2013, the Company sold BLOOMFOSS PTE.LTD to Eon Capital Pte Ltd.
