Operating profit was EUR 2.76 million against EUR 0.887 million a year ago. Net profit was EUR 2.56 million against EUR 0.771 million a year ago. The results of 2011 are influenced by the single revenue from revaluation at the amount of EUR 2.46 million. Return on assets was 16.1% against 8.5% a year ago. Return on equity was 33.3% against 14.5% a year ago. Diluted earnings per share were EUR 0.57 against EUR 0.17 a year ago. Book value per share was EUR 1.71 against EUR 1.19 per share a year ago. For the Skano segment, the company do not expect significant growth of retail sale in the first quarter of 2012. Therefore it shall continue to save the costs and do not plan any extension of the retail chain. For the Furniture Factory, the company expects similar turnover as in the preceding quarters in the furniture factory, but the volume will still remain lower than the production capabilities would allow.
