Date on which the share buy-back programme was announced: 5 June 2023.

The duration of the buy-back programme: 5 June 2023 until no later than 31
December 2023 or the maximum share size or consideration has been reached.

Size of the buy-back programme: Up to 400,000 shares, for a maximum
consideration of NOK 4,000,000.

From 5 June 2023 until 13 June 2023, Nordhealth has purchased a total of 20,878
own shares at an average price of NOK 23.2015 per share.
