Subject: Report on Uses of Fund from Offering of Ordinary Shares to Public Attention: President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Nok Airlines Public Company Limited (the "Company") offered for sale of 125,000,000 newly issued ordinary shares with a par value of Baht 1.00 each at the price of Baht 26 per share. The gross and net proceeds the Company received from offer for sale of its newly issued ordinary shares on June 17, 2013 were Baht 3,250,000,000 and 3,167,444,603 respectively. The Company thus would like to report the uses of such funds as follows;
