Noble Iron Inc. announced unaudited financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2013. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of $5.6 million as compared to $4.0 million during the second quarter of 2012.

For the six months, the company reported revenue of $10.1 million compared to $8.0 million a year ago. Total net loss for the company was $2.5 million, compared to a net loss of $0.9 million during the same period in 2012. Net losses were driven largely by expense associated with equipment fleet expansion, and investments in growth, technology and process development initiatives.

The company also announced that Brian Spilak, President of company's software division, Texada Software, will be departing the company.
