From December 9, 2020 to January 5, 2021, the company has repurchased 3,334,900 shares, representing 1.01% for ¥499.99 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 3,334,900 shares, representing 1.01% for ¥499.99 million under the buyback announced on December 4, 2020.
NIPPON PARKING DEVELOPMENT Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the parking lot business, the ski resort business and the theme park business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Parking Lots segment is engaged in the operation, management, consulting and leasing of parking lots, as well as the provision of car sharing, camper rental, parking lot information search services. The Ski Resorts segment is engaged in the acquisition, operation and consulting of ski resorts and amusement parks, as well as the provision of employment services. The Theme Parks segment is engaged in the acquisition, operation, consulting, sale and rental of theme parks, villas and lodging facilities, as well as the provision of employment services.
