Nippon Aqua Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 10,000 units of 2nd stock acquisition rights at an issue price of ¥302 per share for total gross proceeds of ¥3,020,000 on December 19, 2022. The transaction will include participation from Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm. The company shall issue the securities using third party allocation method. The transaction is expected to close any day between January 6, 2023 and January 10, 2023.
On December 22, 2022, the company announced that the exercise price will be revised through third-party allotment using treasury stock.
Nippon Aqua Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the installation and sales of thermal insulation materials for buildings. In single-family housing field, the Company provides thermal insulation material installation service for national and regional house builders, and building contractors. The Company provides thermal insulation material installation service for various concrete buildings, such as condominiums, hospitals, schools, offices, cold storage warehouses and others. The Company is also engaged in the sale of various products, including construction machinery and related parts, raw materials, as well as heat shielding materials, moisture permeable and waterproof materials.
