Zhejiang Grecon Semiconductor Co., Ltd announced that it will receive a round of funding on July 12, 2022. The transaction will include participation from new investors Ningbo Tianlong Electronics Co., Ltd., for CNY 10 million and Tongcheng Chenfeng Innovation Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership). After completion of the transaction, the investors will acquire 2.2222% and 8.8889% respectively. The company shall, within fifteen working days after all the prerequisites are satisfied, transfer 100% of the capital increase amount. The transaction has been approved in the 9th session of Ningbo Tianlong Electronics Co., Ltd.'s 4th directorate.
On August 26, 2022, the transaction got approved by the 10th Meeting of the 4th Directorate of Ningbo Tianlong Electronics Co., Ltd., who will hold 4.2105% stake in the company upon closing.
Ningbo Tianlong Electronics Co., Ltd. is a China-based company and mainly engaged in manufacture and sales of precise plastic parts. In terms of motor vehicles precision plastic parts, the products of the company are functional plastic parts. In terms of plastic parts for electrical appliances, companyâs main products include circuit breaker panels, programmable logic controllers and structures, and among others.
