Nihon Housing Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4781) signed a contract to acquire Asia Integrated Disaster Prevention Co., Ltd. from several individuals on April 22, 2015. Asia Integrated Disaster Prevention had net assets of ¥136 million and total assets of ¥240 million as of August 2014. The Board of Directors of Nihon Housing Co.,Ltd. resolved the deal. The deal is expected to close on April 30, 2015.
