NICHIZO TECH INC. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of technical support for building structures. The Company operates in three business segments. The Inspection, Measurement and Diagnosis segment is engaged in the inspection, measurement and diagnosis of structures, as well as the provision of design and technical consulting services. The Engineering segment is engaged in the engineering works for machinery, facilities and plants, as well as the provision of design and technical consulting services. The Maintenance segment is involved in the operation, maintenance and management of facilities. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had three subsidiaries.
