NICE Total Cash Management Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A063570) announces a share repurchase program. Under the offer, the company will repurchase its own shares at a price of RUB 10,394 per share. The repurchases will be made for cash. The company has fixed December 1, 2017 as the record date for the program. The offer will expire on January 19, 2018.
