The Company mainly operates in two divisions: financial VAN service division, which provides authorization services for transactions by credit cards, check verification services, automatic replying system (ARS) authorization services and others, and payment gateway (PG) solution division, which offers Internet electronic payment software named NICE PAY. In addition, it is involved in the provision of value-added services and tax-point services, as well as manufacture and rental of credit card terminals such as point of sale (POS) terminals.
