Regarding NFC Public Co., Ltd. ("NFC" or "Company") issued and offered the ordinary shares to the specific person (Private Placement) dated on December 25, 2015 numbered 2,125,000,000 shares, THB 0.16 per Share, which deducting the related expenditure was amounted THB 339,696,000.

The Company would like to inform the fund utilization as of June 30, 2022 that described regarding following detail:-
