NEXTAGE Co., Ltd. provided consolidated and non-consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ending May 31, 2023 and year ending November 30, 2023. For the six months ending May 31, 2023, on consolidated basis, the company expects net sales of JPY 234,000 million, operating profit of JPY 11,200 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 7,700 million or JPY 96.82 per basic share.
For the year ending November 30, 2023, on consolidated basis the company expects net sales of JPY 500,000 million, operating profit of JPY 25,000 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 17,200 million or JPY 216.26 per basic share.
For the six months ending May 31, 2023, on non-consolidated basis, the company expects net sales of JPY 232,000 million, operating profit of JPY 10,700 million and profit of JPY 7,500 million or JPY 94.30 per basic share.
For the year ending November 30, 2023, on non-consolidated basis the company expects net sales of JPY 490,000 million, operating profit of JPY 23,700 million and profit of parent of JPY 16,600 million or JPY 208.72 per basic share.
NEXTAGE Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the dealing of used cars. The main businesses of the Company consist of used car store operation, maintenance, insurance agency and automobile dealing, as well as other services, such as used car export and car coating services. The used car store operation business is comprised of domestic general automobiles, light automobiles and imported automobiles. The maintenance business provides vehicle inspection and maintenance services. The insurance agency business offers automobile insurance as an insurance agency. The automobile dealing business mainly purchases vehicles that are no longer needed by its customers. The Company exports used cars mainly to developing countries and emerging countries in east Africa and Oceania. Through its subsidiary, it provides car coating services, which makes car bodies hydrophilic and durable to dirt, acid and ultraviolet degradation. It also involves in new car dealer operation business.
