Dr. Sengonzi Edward Damulira is the Under Secretary/ Accounting officer, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (Privatization and Investment), an accomplished professional with vast experience and professional skills in Accounting, Project Planning and Management, Policy Analysis and Economic Management, Resource and Environmental Economics among others.
