NEPI Rockcastle signed a EUR 250 million deal to buy Forum Gdansk Shopping Center from a company owned by Blackstone-managed funds. The aggregate purchase price for the transaction is EUR 250 million, of which EUR 50 million comprises vendor financing payable by NEPI Rockcastle within a maximum period of three years, at a fixed interest rate of 6.5%. The shopping mall sports 63.5k sqm in gross lettable area.
