Alfa S.A.B de C.V (BMV:ALFA A) is planning to carry out an initial public share offer for Tenedora Nemak, S.A. de C.V. in June 2015, before Sigma Alimentos, S. A. de C. V. undergoes an asset re-evaluation process related to the strengthening of the dollar. Armando Garza Sada, President of Alfa S.A.B de C.V said that a share issue for Sigma Alimentos, S. A. de C. V. is on the horizon -set to occur in the second semester of 2015- and that both emissions should earn the Mexican group almost $1 billion, Tenedora Nemak, S.A. de C.V.'s possibly more.
