Natixis announces a new recruitment and two appointments in Human Resources Natixis has appointed Marie-Hélène Vercaemer Head of Human Resources for Specialized Financial Services, Sylvie Soulère-Guidat Head of Human Resources for Natixis Asset Management, and Laurent Cauchy Head of Executive Career Management at Natixis. Marie-Hélène Vercaemer joined Natixis on June 19 as Head of Human Resources for Specialized Financial Services. She was previously Regional Head of HR for the Mediterranean & London Regions at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), an international subsidiary of Allianz, the large corporate risk insurance group. Marie-Hélène reports to Gils Berrous, member of the Natixis Senior Management Committee in charge of Specialized Financial Services. She will support the business and digital transformation of SFS business lines. Sylvie Soulère-Guidat will be Head of Human Resources for Natixis Asset Management and member of its Executive Committee as of September 4. She will report to Matthieu Duncan, CEO of Natixis Asset Management and member of the Natixis Executive Committee. She will be responsible for supporting the cultural transformation at Natixis Asset Management, which is key in the implementation of its strategy. Sylvie is currently Corporate Secretary for the Corporate & Investment Banking Asia-Pacific platform in Hong Kong. Laurent Cauchy is appointed Head of Executive Career Management at Natixis. He reports to Anne Lebel, Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Natixis Senior Management Committee. He will be responsible for the management of individual career paths and succession plans for Natixis senior management. Laurent was previously Head of Corporate Governance within the General Secretariat of Natixis and Secretary of the Board of Directors. Biographies Marie-Hélène Vercaemer, a trained chemical engineer, began her career as Environment Manager at Arcelor Mittal. She then moved to the insurance sector at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), an international subsidiary of Allianz, the large corporate risk insurance group, firstly in risk prevention at Allianz Risk Consulting and then in the Human Resources Department where she held various positions: HR Business Partner, Learning & Development Manager, Head of Global Performance Management, Regional Head of HR for France and Spain and lastly Regional Head of HR for the Mediterranean & London Regions.

Marie-Hélène Vercaemer, aged 47, is a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie in Toulouse.

Sylvie Soulère-Guidat started her career at Crédit Lyonnais in 1988, where her posts included business analyst and project manager at Capital Markets. She then joined Caisse des dépôts et consignations, where she was Head of Project Management and then Corporate Secretary for Asia in Tokyo. In 2000, Sylvie moved to what would later become Natixis, as Corporate Secretary for CDC Ixis Securities, then Deputy Head of Human Resources for CDC Ixis CIB, followed by Head of Human Resources for Asia in Tokyo, and subsequently Head of Human Resources for CIB in Paris, before being appointed Corporate Secretary for the Corporate & Investment Banking Asia-Pacific platform in Hong Kong in 2010.

Sylvie Soulère-Guidat, aged 53, is a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure d'électronique, électrotechnique, informatique et hydraulique in Toulouse.

Laurent Cauchy was previously Head of Corporate Governance within the General Secretariat of Natixis and Secretary of the Board of Directors. Laurent Cauchy started his career in 1997 at Caisse des dépôts et consignations as an in-house lawyer specializing in labor law and business law. In 2003, he joined Natixis as Deputy Head of Corporate Governance before becoming Head of Corporate Governance in 2007. Laurent Cauchy, aged 44, has a Ph.D. in law and a post-graduate diploma in private law from Paris XII University. About Natixis
