Nation International Edutainment Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform you that Mrs. Suparanan Tanviruch has submitted her resignation letter to resign from the positions of the Independent Director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company due to increasing responsibilities, with an effect from 23 June 2022 onward.
The Company is under the process of seeking a qualified person to replace such vacant position where the Company will notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand further.
