MXC Capital Limited (AIM:MXCP) and Liberty Global Europe 2 Limited acquired Koris Communications Group Limited and 365 ITMS Limited on May 2, 2019. The transaction has been funded with funds from a senior debt facility with The Royal Bank of Scotland and equity injections from MCX Capital and Liberty Global Europe. MCX Capital and Liberty Global Europe have each made an equity investment of £1.225 million to part fund the transaction. Nick Cowles and Dan Bate of Zeus Capital Limited acted as financial advisor for MXC Capital. Jonathan Woolf and Theo Godfrey of CMS acted as the legal advisors for MXC Capital Limited and Liberty Global Europe 2 Limited. Steve Bartlett and Joe Chiles of Transcend Corporate Limited acted as financial advisor for the shareholders of Koris. Matt Fleetwood of Beyond Corporate LLP acted as legal advisor for the shareholders of Koris. MXC Capital Limited (AIM:MXCP) and Liberty Global Europe 2 Limited completed the acquisition of Koris Communications Group Limited and 365 ITMS Limited on May 2, 2019.
