Pursuant to Article 103.1 of the Finance Minister Regulation of 19 February 2009 on Current and Periodic Reporting by Issuers of Securities and on the Conditions for Considering as Equivalent Information Required under the Laws of a Non-Member State, the Management Board of MUZA S.A. hereby announces the dates of publishing MUZA S.A.'s periodic reports in 2018

1. Extended consolidated quarterly reports:

• - consolidated report for the 4thquarter of 2017: 01 March 2018

• - consolidated report for the 1stquarter of 2018: 15 May 2018

• - consolidated report for the 3rdquarter of 2018: 14 November 2018

2. Extended consolidated half-yearly report for the 1sthalf of 2018

3. Annual reports for 2017

Stand-alone annual report for 2017: 27 April 2018

Consolidated annual report for 2017: 27 April 2018

At the same time, the Issuer (MUZA S.A.) hereby announces that it will not publish a quarterly report for the 2ndquarter of 2018, pursuant to Article 101.2 of the Finance Minister Regulation of February on Current and Periodic Reporting by Issuers of Securities and on the Conditions for Considering as Equivalent Information Required under the Laws of a Non-Member State.

In addition, pursuant to Articles 83.1 and 83.3 of the Regulation, the Issuer hereby announces that its consolidated quarterly and half-yearly reports will contain, respectively, quarterly and half-yearly abridged financial statements. Therefore, the Issuer will not publish individual stand-alone quarterly reports or an individual stand-alone half-yearly report.
