The board of directors of Multi-Chem Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Foo Maw Shen as Independent Director of the company with effect from 31 July 2014. Mr. Foo Maw Shen has also been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from 31 July 2014.
