Effective January 24, 2018, Michael S. Nancarrow assumed the position of Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Mueller Water Products, Inc. . Mr. Nancarrow replaces Kevin G. McHugh, who will remain with the company until February 28, 2018 to help ensure a smooth transition. Mr. Nancarrow has served as the company's senior director, financial reporting and assistant controller since December 2014 and the company's director of financial reporting since September 2006.
Mueller Water Products, Inc. is a manufacturer and marketer of products and services used in the transmission, distribution and measurement of water in North America. The Company's product and service portfolio includes engineered valves, fire hydrants, pipe connection and repair products, metering products, leak detection, pipe condition assessment, pressure management products, and software technology that provides critical water system data. The Company operates through two segments: Water Flow Solutions and Water Management Solutions. Its Water Flow Solutions segment's portfolio includes iron gate valves, specialty valves and service brass products.
