Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company M/s MUBARAK TEXTILE MILLS LIMITED, will be held on Friday the 06th day of January, 2023, at 11.00 a.m. at 20 KM, OFF FEROZEPUR ROAD, LAHORE to transact the following business:-

The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

1. To confirm the minutes of the last board meeting dated 27.10.2022.
2. To fix the number of Directors to be elected at seven.
3. To fix the date of Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
4. To fix the period of books closure.
5. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.
