Mountain Commerce Bancorp : Bank Announces Promotions for Four Key Team Members

KNOXVILLE, TN - May 15, 2024 - Mountain Commerce Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: MCBI), the Knoxville, Tennessee-based bank holding company and parent of Mountain Commerce Bank (MCB), announced promotions today for four key team members.

Jenny L. Carter has recently been promoted to the position of First Vice President and Director of Human Resources. Carter brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and accounting, including managing a law firm. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds a certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Senior Certified Professional (SCP). Carter joined MCB in 2022.

Brittany M. Cox, who holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Memphis and has 15 years of banking experience. She has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and Treasury Management Analyst 2. Cox joined the bank in 2021.

Nikki Simmons, a senior operations specialist at MCB, has recently been promoted to the position of assistant vice president. With almost 25 years of experience in the banking industry, including various management roles, Simmons has proven to be an invaluable member of the MCB team since joining in 2014. Her promotion is a testament to MCB's commitment to building responsive relationships with its customers.

Brittany N. Robins has recently been promoted to the position of banking officer and senior operations specialist. She has played an essential role in MCB's electronic banking team and has been a valuable member since joining in 2016 as a teller. Over the years, she has demonstrated exceptional work performance and dedication to her job, which led her to progress in achieving a senior role.
