Notice of Reporting Extraordinary Losses in Non-Consolidated Financial Statements

Money Forward, Inc. (the "Company") reported extraordinary losses (losses on valuation of stocks of subsidiaries and affiliates) in the non-consolidated business results for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2021 as follows.

1. Details of the extraordinary losses
   The Company has recognized an impairment loss on a non-consolidated basis for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2021, and recorded 784 million yen as an appraisal loss on valuation of shares of subsidiaries and affiliates due to the decline in real value of Money Forward Kessai, Inc., which is a consolidated subsidiary of the Company.
2. Forecast
   Given that the above-mentioned extraordinary losses will be offset in the consolidated financial statements, they will have no impact on the consolidated profits and losses.
