VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

LAUNCH OF CLOUD COMPUTING BUSINESS BRAND SPOTMAX

ON THE AWS MARKETPLACE

This announcement is made by Mobvista Inc. (the "Company") on a voluntary basis to keep shareholders and potential investors informed of the latest development of the Company.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that SpotMax, the Company's cloud computing business brand, has been launched on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace. All AWS users in 24 regions worldwide can search, procure and deploy SpotMax services through the AWS Marketplace.

The core value of SpotMax is to allow enterprise users to use the lowest cost Spot instances while ensuring continuous and stable operation of the system, thus significantly saving the cost of cloud computing usage and unlocking more business possibilities. SpotMax automatically schedules the cheapest and least likely to be interrupted instance models in AWS data centers around the world. Unstable Spot instances are predicted by compiling historical data on past outages and real-time analysis of current market supply and demand, and Spot instances are replaced in advance to ensure continuous availability of workloads.

Prior to this, the Company has successfully brought SpotMax to the market, commercialised it externally and helped a number of companies to address the difficult issue of excessive cloud expenditures. The Board believes that the launch of SpotMax on the AWS Marketplace will enable the commercialization of SpotMax to move forward leveraging on the huge user base of AWS, and will be conducive to the Company's further strengthening of its service capability in the cloud computing field and promoting the innovation and application of cloud computing products. The Company will also continue its efforts in developing cloud computing and big data to deliver more innovative technologies and services in line with customers' business needs.
