UNAUDITED OPERATING DATA OF MINTEGRAL PLATFORM

FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2021

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of Mobvista Inc. (the "Company", and collectively with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating data of Mintegral Platform of the Group for the first quarter of 2021 for the period from 1 January 2021 to 31 March 2021 (the "1st Quarter") as followed:

For the 1st Quarter, the Mintegral Platform of the Group has recorded a revenue of US$96.5 million, representing an increase of 26.3% compared to that for the first quarter of 2020 of US$76.4 million; and an increase of 80.4% compared to that for the fourth quarter of 2020 of US$53.5 million.

With each data compared to that for the fourth quarter of 2020: the advertiser retention rate1 was 86.2%, the average advertising budget of retained advertisers has increased by 98.8%, the growth of new advertisers2 was 24.3%; the traffic publisher retention rate3 was 92.8%, the growth of new traffic publishers4 was 18.3%, and the number of traffic Apps has increased by 10.3%.

4. The growth of new traffic publishers = (Number of newly cooperated traffic publishers in current period)/(Total number of cooperated traffic publishers in the comparing period)

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises Mr. DUAN Wei (Chairman), Mr. CAO Xiaohuan (Chief Executive Officer), Mr. FANG Zikai and Mr. SONG Xiaofei as executive Directors; Mr. WONG Tak- Wai as a non-executive Director; and Mr. YING Lei, Mr. HU Jie and Mr. SUN Hongbin as independent non-executive Directors.

1. Impacted by the intensified frictions between economies, tightened regulatory policies on data privacy and protection by global regulatory authorities, and malicious competition from overseas competitors, Mintegral Platform's revenue growth has slowed down and had a decrease in revenue for the third quarter and fourth quarter of 2020 respectively.
2. From January 2019 to August 2020, revenue attributable to Mintegral Platform (this data is unaudited internal financial data) had a monthly compounded growth rate of 7.7%.
