RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of Mobvista Inc. (the "Company") announces that Mr. QIAN Cheng ("Mr. QIAN") has resigned as a joint company secretary of the Company with effect from 16 September 2020. Mr. QIAN has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters with regard to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange").

Following the resignation of Mr. QIAN, Ms. SO Shuk Yi Betty ("Ms. SO"), the other joint company secretary of the Company who meets the requirements of a company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange, will remain in office and act as the sole company secretary of the Company.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. QIAN for his contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
