RETIREMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the ''Board'') of Mobile Internet (China) Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') announces that it was informed by Mr Ma Yiu Ho, Peter (''Mr Ma''), an independent non-executive director of the Company, that he intended to retire and not offer himself for re-election as an independent non-executive director and the chairman of the audit committee of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting of the Company to be held on 28 August 2020.

In accordance with the requirements of Rule 13.51(2) of the Listing Rules, Mr Ma confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter relating to his retirement that needs to be brought to the attention of the Shareholders.

The replacement to Mr Ma is still subject to finalisation and the Company will make announcement as soon as practicable.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr Ma for his valuable contribution during his tenure of office.
