The Board of Directors of MMAG Holdings Berhad has approved the change in financial year end ("FYE") of the Company from 31 March 2024 to 30 September 2024. The next audited financial statements will be made up from 1 April 2023 to 30 September 2024, covering a period of 18 months. The subsequent FYE shall be 30 September for following years.
The change of financial year end is for better financial and manpower resources management.
