Mizuho Leasing Company, Limited announced that it expects to receive ¥41.6744541 billion in funding from Marubeni Corporation, Mizuho Financial Group, Inc.

Mizuho Leasing Company, Limited has announced a private placement of 37,646,300 common stock at issue price of JPY 1,107 per share for gross proceeds of JPY 41,674,454,100 and net proceeds of JPY 41,308,454,100 through third party allotment on May 14, 2024. The transaction includes investor participation of Marubeni Corporation and Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. for 28,785,800 shares and 8,860,500 shares respectively. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company and is subject to the approval from regulatory authorities.
