Notice Concerning Introduction of Executive Officer System at Asset Management Company

Mitsubishi Estate Logistics REIT Investment Corporation today announces that its asset management company, Mitsubishi Jisho Investment Advisors, Inc. (the "Asset Management Company"), has resolved at its board of directors' meeting held on February 24, 2022 to introduce Executive Officer System as follow.

1. Purpose of the introduction of Executive Officer System

In order to achieve sustainable growth in the ever-changing business environment, the Asset Management Company aims to strengthen the supervisory and monitoring functions of the Board of Directors and improve the mobility of business execution by clarifying the authority and responsibility of the Board of Directors as supervising and monitoring business execution and having Executive Officer take authority and responsibility for business execution. To achieve above objectives, the Asset Management Company has decided to introduce the Executive Officer System.

2. Overview of Executive Officer System

Overview the Executive Officer System is as follows.

1. 1. Executive Officers shall execute their business under the supervision of the Board of Directors and President and CEO as one of the responsible persons for the Asset Management Company together with Directors.
   2. The appointment and dismissal of Executive Officers shall be decided by resolution of the Board of Directors.
   3. Directors may concurrently serve as Executive Officers.
2. Scheduled date of introduction of the Executive Officer System April 1, 2022
3. Personnel Changes for Executive Officers

Personnel changes associated with the introduction of the Executive Officer System will be announced as soon as they are determined.
