(Alliance News) - MIT SIM Spa reported Monday that it closed 2023 with a net loss of EUR353,548, which compares with a net loss of EUR562,545 in the previous year.

Commission income rose to EUR3.3 million from EUR2.7 million a year earlier, and net interest and other banking income increased to EUR3.0 million from EUR2.3 million in 2022.

Net financial position shows cash of EUR2.4 million, essentially unchanged year-on-year, consisting of cash and cash equivalents and securities held for trading. Shareholders' equity is EUR2.7 million compared to EUR3.1 million in the previous year.

MIT SIM's stock closed Monday up 1.8 percent to EUR3.36 per share.
