Kim, Jungil, Wi, Sungmin and Oh, Minho acquired 10.6% stake in MiraeING.Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A007120) from Busan Central Bus Terminal Co., Ltd. and BXT Global Corporation for KRW 10.9 billion on July 15, 2016. Kim, Jungil and Wi, Sungmin acquired 4.94 million shares from BXT Global Corporation, and Oh, Minho acquired 1.22 million shares from Busan Central Bus Terminal. The shares were acquired at KRW 1,775 per share.

MiraeING.Co.,Ltd., formerly Theall Medi Bio. Co.,Ltd., is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in solution business and video business. The Company operates in three main segments: solution segment, which provides project consulting, construction and maintenance services and related products for banks under the brand name XiT, eNisis and others; video segment, which provides digital video recorders (DVRs) and closed circuit television (CCTV) systems for security areas, and defense segment, which provides self-propelled artilleries and components.
