FSN Co., Ltd announces private placement of series 13 of non-secured interest-bearing private convertible bonds for a principal amount of KRW 16,900,000,000 on March 26, 2024. The bonds bear a coupon rate of 0%, maturity interest rate of 3% and will mature on March 27, 2027. The bonds will be convertible 6,145,454 common shares at a conversion price of KRW 2,750 per share from March 27, 2025 to February 27, 2027.
The transaction is expected to close on March 27, 2024. The transaction will include participation from SUSUNG ASSET MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. for KRW 1,000,000,000, KB Securities Co., Ltd. for KRW 2,700,000,000, Samsung Securities Co., Ltd. for KRW 3,800,000,000, Shinhan Bank Co., Ltd. for KRW 3,000,000,000, Mirae Asset Securities Co., Ltd. for KRW 500,000,000, Younggun Lee for KRW 3,000,000,000 and Double S Investment Co., Ltd. for KRW 2,900,000,000. The transaction has been approved by the board of the company.
