The board of directors (the "Board") of MINISO Group Holding Limited (the "Company") announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, for the purposes of considering and approving, inter alias , the unaudited financial results of the Company for the three months ended March 31, 2023 and its publication.
