On May 9, 2017 Mitcham Industries, Inc.'s Board of Directors appointed Mark A. Cox as Vice President of Finance and Accounting and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Cox, a certified public accountant, has served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Mitcham Industries, Inc. since March 2017. Prior to joining Mitcham Industries, Inc., Mr. Cox was employed by Key Energy Services, Inc., where he served as Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer from March 2012 to October 2016, and Vice President, Tax, from October 2009 to March 2012.
