The Company is a subsidiary of Dogan Sirketler Grubu Holding AS. On June 29, 2009, the Company sold its complete stake in Milanur Insaat Pazarlama Turizm San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti., a construction company. Enterallee Handels GmbH, a German company active in the tourism sector, is a subsidiary of the Company. In July 2010 the Company merged by absorption of Hurriyet Ticari ve Sinai Urunler Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret AS.
