NOTICE TO THE DEBENTURE HOLDERS OF THE 5th ISSUE OF SIMPLE
NON-CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES SINGLE SERIES
Rio de Janeiro, October 08, 2021 - Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia S.A. (Company) informs the debenture holders of the 5th issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of the type with real guarantee, in a single series, issued on December 04, 2020, that the following payments will be made on October 13, 2021:
interest of R$ 0,02060309 for each of the 84.000.000 debentures, totaling R$ 1.730.659,56.
principal of 0,06666654 for each of the 84.000.000 debentures, totaling R$ 5.599.989,36
