Mighty Craft Limited (ASX:MCL) agreed to acquire an unknown minority stake in Jetty Road Brewery Pty Ltd for AUD 0.43 million on November 12, 2021. The consideration would be payable through the issue of 1.317142 million of Mighty Craft shares at a value of AUD 0.35 per share and will result in the total issue of approximately 6.2 million shares in Mighty Craft.

The Company is engaged in the operation of various breweries, distilleries, bars, and restaurant businesses throughout Australia. Its segments include Better Beer and Craft. The Better Beer segment is engaged in the sales and distribution of the Better Beer product range, sourced from a related party, Better Beer Company Pty Ltd. Its Craft segment is engaged in manufacturing, sales and distribution of spirits and other beer assets, including the operation of cellar door and brewhouse hospitality venues across Australia.
