Midland States Bancorp, Inc. announced that Jennifer L. DiMotta has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company and Midland States Bank. With the addition of Mrs. DiMotta, the Company's Board of Directors has increased to 11 members, with eight of the directors classified as independent. Mrs. DiMotta is the President of DiMotta Consulting LLC. Prior to launching her consulting business, Mrs. DiMotta served as Vice President Digital and Omnichannel of Bluemercury Inc., a cosmetics retailer, as Vice President eCommerce of Sports Authority, Inc.
