Business Summary

MHP Hotel AG is a Germany-based hotel investment and management platform. The Company designs and implements hotel, gastronomy and bar concepts in the premium segment and operates as a partnership link between hotel investors and franchisors as well as between hotel guests and hotel teams on site. Their hotel portfolio includes Le Meridien Hotels in Hamburg, Stuttgart, Munich and Vienna, the Sheraton Duesseldorf Airport Hotel, JW Marriott Hotel in Frankfurt, the Basel Marriott Hotel and the Hotel MOOONS in Vienna. In addition to the operation of its own hotel brands, the Company also co-investments in hotel properties, alongside real estate investors.
