China MCC Holds the 1st Interim Shareholders' Meeting and the 35th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors in 2022

　　On January 26, the first interim shareholders' meeting of China MCC in 2022 was held in the MCC Tower. At the meeting, the "Proposal on Electing Non-Independent Directors of the 3rd Board of Directors of China MCC" and the "Proposal on Electing Independent Directors of the 3rd Board of Directors of China MCC" were considered, and the decisions to elect Chen Jianguang as Executive Director of the 3rd Board of Directors of China MCC, Lang Jia as Non-Executive Director of the 3rd Board of Directors of China MCC and Liu Li as Independent Non-Executive Director of the 3rd Board of Directors of China MCC were approved.

　　China MCC's current and candidate directors, members of the Board of Supervisors, secretaries of the Board of Directors, representatives of shareholders, and representatives of lawyers attended the meeting.

　　Subsequently, the 35th meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors of China MCC was held. The meeting considered the "Proposal on Electing Chairman of China MCC" and agreed to elect Chen Jianguang as Chairman of China MCC. After some adjustments, the members of the 3rd Board of Directors of China MCC included: Chairman and Executive Director Chen Jianguang, Executive Director Zhang Mengxing, Independent Director Zhou Jichang, Non-Executive Director Lang Jia, Independent Director Liu Li, Independent Director Wu Jianing and Employee Director Yan Aizhong.

　　Moreover, the meeting also considered and passed the "Proposal on the Establishment of the Sustainable Development Committee of the Board of Directors of China MCC" and the "Proposal on the Member Adjustment of the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of China MCC", and heard the "Report on China MCC's 2022 Annual Budget" and the "Report on China MCC's 2022 Annual Investment Plan".

　　On behalf of the Board of Directors, Chen Jianguang put forward three requirements to all directors and his party: First, improving political stance, taking Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guide, insisting on the major political principle of the CPC's leadership in SOEs and the reform to establish a modern enterprise system within SOEs, and leading the development of China MCC with firm ideals and beliefs. Second, working hard on the solid foundation laid by the predecessors with a fact-based and future-oriented approach, seeking development with an open mind, promoting reform with entrepreneurial passion, preventing risks with awareness of potential dangers, pursuing improvement with confidence, and promoting the high-quality development of China MCC. Third, observing disciplines and obeying laws, remaining unstained by corruption, maintaining a positive image, creating a good environment that integrity is valued and hard and pioneering work is encouraged, and providing a guarantee for the development of China MCC.

　　All directors of China MCC attended the meeting, and the leaders of the Board of Supervisors, the leaders of the management team, the Secretary of the Board of Directors, the General Counsel and the persons in charge of the relevant proposal reporting department also attended the meeting.
