Mensa Sinai Ticari ve Mali Yatirimlar A.S. (IBSE:MEMSA) announced a private placement of 416,666,667 shares at a price of TRY 0.12 per share for gross proceeds of TRY 50,000,000 on July 13, 2015. Post the closing of the transaction, the capital of the company will increase to TRY 212,000,000.
