Tessenderlo, Belgium - 12th of July 2017 - Melexis is proud to be the diamond sponsor of this year's European Solid-State Device Research Conference (ESSDERC) and the European Solid-State Circuits Conference (ESSCIRC) taking place from the 12th till the 14th of September on the KU Leuven campus in Belgium.
The event is one of the most exciting places for microelectronics experts and IC designers in Europe. Its aim is to provide an annual forum for the presentation and discussion of recent advances in solid-state devices and circuits. The increasing level of integration for system-on-chip design made available by advances in semiconductor technology is, more than ever before, calling for a deeper interaction among technologists, device experts, IC designers and system designers.
As the opening keynote on 12 September, Françoise Chombar (CEO Melexis), will speak about 'Engineering a Safe, Clean & Comfortable Future'. On the same day, she will also host the Women in Circuits networking event. Both men and women eager to discuss and stimulate female presence in the field are more than welcome.
