Medinex Limited Announces Appointment of Suresh Kumar as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nominating Committee and Member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Medinex Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Suresh Kumar as Independent Non-executive Director of the company with effect from May 27, 2019. Following his appointment, Mr. Kumar will also be appointed as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
