Satoshi Hoyano agreed to acquire 90% stake in GuideDent Inc. from Medical Net Communications, Inc. (TSE:3645) for ¥4,500 on May 26, 2016. A contract is expected to be signed on May 31, 2016. Satoshi Hoyano will acquire 4,500 shares of GuideDent. Medical Net Communications will continue to hold 10% stake in GuideDent. GuideDent reported net liabilities of ¥48 million, total assets of ¥246 million, sales of ¥56 million, operating loss of ¥39 million and net deficit of ¥40 million during the period ended May 2015. The deal was resolved by the Board of Directors of Medical Net Communications on May 26, 2016. The transaction is expected to complete by May 31, 2016.
