MarketWise, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend to holders of Class A common stock of $0.01 per share. A comparable distribution of $0.01 per share has also been approved to holders of MarketWise, LLC common units. The dividend and distribution will be paid on October 26, 2023, to shareholders and unitholders of record as of September 5, 2023.
